Shapes Fitness for Women has a variety of ways for you to workout and obtain your fitness needs.
 Our facility includes a large cardiovascular area, free weight area, circuit training, non-circuit training,
multi-purpose room, and group fitness classes.

 






Fitness Equipment:
  • Cardiovascular Area - Treadmills, Ellipticals, Bikes, Stair Steppers and Rowing Machine
  • Free Weights - Dumbbells that range from 3-25 lbs. Barbells that weight from 2.5 - 45 lbs. Body Bars, Resistance bands, Med balls.
  • Circuit Training - Full body workout with 30 second rotations to different stations using weighted machines and aerobic steps.
  • Non-Circuit Training - Weighted Machine that work all area of the body, abdominals, legs, arms, chest, shoulders, to name a few.
  • Multi-Purpose Room - An all purpose room that allows members to have their own space and privacy. Members have access to a variety of equipment.
  • Group Fitness - Group Fitness Classes allow members to experience different exercise methods in a fun and inviting group atmosphere.
