Pilates Gets Personal

Introducing a personalized pilates class that specializes in sculpting and toning a leaner, stronger, more flexible and balanced you!

Intensive training that will be incorporating concepts of nutrition, health and wellness while sculpting and toning your body into a leaner, stronger, more flexible and balanced you! This is a progressional course which will take you from beginner to a more advanced Pilates level. This class will also include body fat analysis at the beginning and end of the course.  Instructor: Holly Ruth (certified pilates instructor and nutritionist)

AFTERNOON SESSION*
Fridays 1:30 - 3:00
Winter 1: January 9 - February 13
Winter 2: March 6 - April 10

EVENING SESSION
Wednesday 6:30 - 8:00
Winter 1: January 14 - February 18
Winter 2: March 11- April 15

Fee: Member $60   Non-Member $100
